Builder:
can build
can use /tree /help /list /home /spawn /speed
Elite:
same as builder but can have unlimited homes and /sp (super picaxe)
Mod:
has permission to do /mute
/ban
/tempban
and everything that elite and builder has
Admin - Co-Owner
has permission for everything! (most people do not get to this rank)

* Don't ask for world edit (w/e).
